1. Incorporating personal information to DELAVEGATAILORS files

In accordance with the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, December 13th, about Personal Data Safety (Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, from here on, “LOPD”), we assure that all personal information provided to the Website www.delavegatailors.com (from here on, “the Website”) will be incorporated to the files owned by Albert Muñoz Puñet for these purposes only: to make possible the provision of services requested by the User/Customer, as well as to keep the User/Customer informed, even by electronic means, of the services offered by delavegatailors.com.

The completion of all the information requested by the Website is necessary in order to achieve the optimum provision of the services we make available for the User/Customer. Without that information, delavegatailors.com could not guarantee that the services offered accurately respond to the needs of the User/Customer. The User/Customer is responsible for the veracity of his data, and must undertake not to provide false data, as well as to modify the information when necessary.


2. Safety

Delavegatailors guarantees the total privacy of the personal information received. Therefore, the appropriate measures have been taken in order to avoid any modification, loss or unauthorized access regarding the data, thus assuring its integrity and safety, as established  by the Real Decreto 1720/2007 (December 21st), by which the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD) was passed. Delavegatailors will not be responsible, in no case, of any incidence concerning the personal information if such incidence is consequence of: a) an unauthorized access to our systems that our security measures are not able to avoid, or b) an error made by the User/Customer regarding his passcode or his own personal data.


3. Exercise of Rights

The User can exercise his Rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition established by the LOPD, via a written communication to info@delavegatextil.com. The User/Customer must attach a copy of his Passport, or any other ID document.

 
4. Provision of information by the User/Customer

Before providing any information regarding third parties to the Website, the User/Customer must obtain their consent, having previously informed them about the contents of this Privacy Policy. The User/Customer agrees to indemnify Delavegatailors before any possible complaint or fine as a consequence of any breach of the provisions of this paragraph.


5. Use of cookies

We use cookies in order to improve your visits to our Website.
