Perfect Fit Guarantee

At De la Vega Tailors we want you to feel satisfied to wear the garments we have made for you.
To achieve this goal, we offer you the De la Vega Tailors’ Perfect Fit Guarantee.

For two-piece suits (jacket and pants), three-piece suits (jacket, pants and vest), jackets, pants, vests and overcoats:

There are two options: A and B.


A ) Two shipments.

With the first shipment, you will receive a test garment, made with a polyester material, sewn according to your measurements and your chosen design. The sole objective of this test is to ensure 100% that your measurements are correct.

If you want to adjust the garment (shorten the jacket sleeves, notch the jacket waist, shorten the length of the jacket, adjust the trousers waistband, etc.) simply fill and e-mail us this adjustments form. We will implement the adjustments to your garment patterns.

With the second shipment, you will receive the final garments, made with the fabrics you chose and with every detail you required, with the certainty that they will perfectly fit both your measurements and needs.

B ) One single shipment.

We send you directly the garments you chose.

We provide you balance in your customer account so that you can perfectly adjust the received garments (notch the jacket a little bit, narrow the shoulders, shorten the jacket length, adjust the trousers waistband…).

The balance provided will cover the costs of the adjustments up to a maximum amount depending on the garment, as specified in the table below:

Table - Maximum balance credited to your customer account:

Overcoat: up to 50 €
Three-piece suit (jacket, pants and vest): up to 50 €
Two-piece suit (jacket and pants): up to 40 €
Jacket: up to 30 €
Pants: up to 15 €
Vest: up to 15 €
Shirt: up to 10 € (Excluding promotional free shirts)

The balance will be credited to your customer account in respect of application of the De la Vega Tailors Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Such balance is non-transferable, and can be used to purchase any of the products marketed at www.delavegatailors.com.

To receive the balance, the customer must send us the bill of the adjustments made, as well as the adjustments form (specifying the adjustments made), so that we at delavegatailors.com can implement these adjustments to the patters, and make sure that your future garments will fit as a glove.

You have 35 calendar days after having received your garments to request that the balance be credited to your account.

For shirts, only option B is offered, the balance being 10€.

Both options, A and B, are mutually exclusive and can be used only once per garment and per customer.

All adjustments will be implemented to the customers’ patterns, so that future garments will be made exactly according to the customer’s measurements and likes.
